Filming a swing

  1. Set the phone down

    Prop it at hip height, about ten feet away. Hand-held video shakes.

  2. Pick an angle

    Face-on, looking at the golfer's chest, or down the line from behind the hands.

  3. Fit the whole golfer

    Cap to shoes in frame, with a little room for the club at the top.
